Many of us struggle with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Therapy can provide support in dealing with life’s many challenges.

I offer individual therapy for adults who want to get to know themselves better, improve their relationships, and feel more fulfilled. Our sessions are in-person, and we meet weekly for 50 minutes to explore you and your goals. I use a holistic therapy method that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness. You may gravitate toward one type of therapy, and if that is the case, we will work in the way that makes sense to you.
